Mostly woodwork. This has 6 AC plugins on the bottom shelf and a USB 4-port plugin on the top shelf. I 3D-printed a jig for the LED light switch as well as a corner bracket to give the frame stability. I also made a 2A 12V DC power supply for the LED light.
This is the final version of the Plant Keeper control system. It has 6 appliance plugins, a 7-button user interface, 3 modes and 3 sensors. I have separated the high power branch and load switching from the low voltage control system for safety and convenience. I made all of the electrical work modular so that I can add features to the system in the future. The firmware can be updated over the ethernet port on the side of the control circuit box.
Made this cabinet out of 2×2 tight-knot cedar and plywood. Lined with fabric to keep the equipment quiet during use. Wheels mounted on bottom.
Made this for my hydroponics setup to try it out with an inexpensive light. 12 CFL’s wired in parallel. I have this plugged in to my control system.
